How we work
- Coaching is face to face: at the studio, at client’s premises, or via technology eg skype
- Coaching is one to one, or in small groups of 2-5
- Coaching packages will be agreed with all parties eg 6 sessions or monthly for a year
- Training - when the client knows what they need, programmes will be co-created through a consultation, proposal and briefing process via phone / skype and email
- Training diagnosis - when we help clients diagnose what is needed and agree the measures of success first, this will be on site and this will be a chargeable part of the package we agree
- Training programmes will usually be delivered at the client’s premises or at a suitable venue of their choice – we can work on this together if preferred
